Gelatin after carbing in keg

I cold crashed, racked to keg and fully carbed while dry hopping in a muslin cloth. 1 weekend later and poured 3-4 pint and still, I got a lot of things in suspension, including hops particules.

I heard about pitching full yeast with half wort, let it ferment for 24 hours, then pitch the rest of the wort. Less yeast is needed, much like doing a yeast starter, without a yeast starter..

Rotokeg / King keg pressure barrel equivalent in North america

It would make a nice keg for parties. It also looks like a good alternative for someone who don't have the money to invest in a full kegging system. is there something like this available in Canada...

I ended up 1.096 instead of 1.084 for my Stone Sublimely clone. Wow. BIAB rules :)

Using WLP007 presuming 78% attenuation I will end 9.8% ABV instead of 8.6%.
