I knocked it and the test jar it was sitting in with a towel while drying a carboy. It had been around for a while. I will miss it. Although I have (had) three, this was my go to.

Morning Glories

I had a wild morning glory vine join one of my hop plants this summer.

It looks very nice, but my question is can I grow both next year for looks without undo stress on the hops. It doesn't appear...

Fridge top as a stir plate

It occurred to me that the top of my fridge (Outside) is almost constantly vibrating and warm. Where would that stand in the stir plate technology?

I am thinking that it would get results better...

I only leave my beer in the secondary for 4 days...

I only leave my beer in the secondary for 4 days with the coconut and rack off of the toasted coconut leaving the top layer of beer/coconut behind. Then let it sit for 10 days and bottle as usual.
