Edit: biere de mars is actually a separate style, though not recognized as a separate style in BJCP. This was the last beer they brewed before the warm season started (mars=march en francais).

If you do the pre-chiller thing, that should take it down to pitching temps in under 1/2 hour. What thickness if the copper pipe on your IC? Did you buy it or build it?

Skip the secondary. No need on any beer unless u are adding fruit or souring. Long primary, cold crash in there if u want to condition prior to bottling. Or bottle earlier.

Edit:added 1.5oz of Amarillo to the secondary. Had them in the freezer, figured why not.
