Scaling up batch volume and efficiency (batch)

I batch sparge and so far all of my recipes drain the tun once, refill, and drain again. So that's two batches.

When I do a high gravity beer, I still just do two batches, but my mash efficiency...

I think Alpha has said in this thread somewhere that it isn't feasible to try to data log with the STC. There isn't much memory space on the STC and you'd have to give up a lot of functionality.
