Yes, you can use one grain mill for both. The only difference is distance between the rollers or plates (depending on your mill). Set them close for flour and further apart for cracking grain.

No boil at all?

I'd definitely bottle it though--brewing was done with wild yeast for thousands of years before germ theory.
