Did some testing today, looks like it takes...

Did some testing today, looks like it takes 2.5gal before it hits the valve. I say with the added pump 2gal is left in both mash and boil kettle.

I know it sounds crazy, but I'm from the country and there's nothing like the smell of fired tobacco barns in the cool fall air. So how about making a smoked porter or stout by smoking tobacco leaves...

Need some Scaling help!

So we scaled our Porter recipe from 3.5gal to 15gal and all turned out well, then we scaled our 15gal to 30gal and all DID NOT turn out well. IMO, we lost some of the color darkness, some roastiness...

Why u no carb beer????

So just got a setup where we can carb 3 kegs at a time. Right now we have 2 hooked up. Beer has been sitting at 12 psi for over a week and still has hardly zero carb, is this user error on my part???...

It turned out great! Keep a close eye on the nibs when you're roasting. They can roast really quick. Let us know how it turns out!
