I agree its' like when you have post on a car forum about your radiator hose leaking and half the replies are you need to over haul your motor, your tranny's going out, etc.

The tripel currently sits around 8% I'm at work...

The tripel currently sits around 8% I'm at work and don't have the OG and FG avail. I just remember it's right at the 8% mark.

Guess this was overlooked but advice would be great guys...:D Should I use champagne or the half pack roughly 5.5 grams of left over T58 which is what I used for fermentation?

My first tripel aged for 6 weeks in primary then bottled an aged for another month and it was dam good. More months of aging in the bottle the better it got.

My experience with liquid yeast is they drag their butt's and are slow to start if simply pitched and not used as a starter. Took 3-4 days before. I'm a dry yeast fan as they don't need their hand...

I rehydrate all yeast for normal beers.

Anything that should be 1.070 or higher gets a starter or if I'm lazy will get 1.5 packs of yeast instead of 1. Both do the job just the same I think.
