If you just brewed it 7/22/14 I wouldn't expect much change from adding dregs--or much souring from the original yeast/bacteria for that matter.

May be worth mentioning how many HT you are trying to trade. And double sunshine may be tough, since it is available in the same area as heady. And heady is way easier to get.
