tried my version of this - this weekend came out...

tried my version of this - this weekend came out really - really tart. strong grapefruit finish. Smells amazing, but really tart finish.

I mill it at the LHBS - so i am using the same mill now as when was doing BIAB. Been thinking a mill will be my next investment.

i'll take 1104 and 1105 - i broke two of them a few months ago and swore them off. I don;t really care about the abv - so i just use a refractometer. It gets me a close enough read.

I use the bayou classic 16gal stainless pots. So I am pretty sure they are full stainless and not coated. I guess I need to get my water tested.

i gave a few friends a couple of my beers to try and one of they came back to me that it has a metalic finish. What causes this?
