I agree. It seems like a confused theme, with Uncle Sam and the German text. I think you should either stick with an American theme, or consider a German icon for the mascot.

I don't think it would harm anything to top it...

I don't think it would harm anything to top it off now, if you wanted to bring the volume up.

You could also do this at bottling time, and just add some extra water with your priming sugar.
