Hey, sorry I didn't respond sooner! It turned out good! I definitely liked it. It wasn't anything like the breckenridge agave wheat but it was sure tasty.

Cool thanks... I have had trouble with it since day one, honestly. It can't prime itself, it seems. Even if I put the pump lower than my kettle, the liquid won't flow.

I started with about 5 gallons last time and it didn't take an unreasonable time to warm up to strike temp. Maybe half an hour? I was able to go up to 168 for mash out pretty quickly and up to a boil...

Yeah, everything went well! Just my crappy efficiency was the bummer... But I think I'll get it more dialed in soon.

The price is a lot, but I think it was worth it. It heats up water fairly...

Yeah, I'm thinking the same thing.

By equipment loss I mean wort left in the chiller/pump/bottom of the kettle. I needed to add maybe half a gallon to get it up to full volume.

I'm heating some water now, finally, and in auto tune it has overshot the temp by like 20 degrees and keeps rising. Is this how everybody else's has been? Does it eventually come back down?

Finally opened one up over Christmas, but it wasn't really carbonated yet and it also was really hot tasting... I had to add some DME to get the OG up, as my efficiency suffered from so much grain......

Yeah, I got some advice from an electrician friend of mine that builds control boxes for a living. He fused the element, pump and PID and then the E Stop was basically the "main power".
