So with this being one gallon any ideas on how soon to take a sample. It's completely sealed with saran wrap and sitting on the counter at 75'. It hasn't changed in appearance.

FYI 100ohm resistors were too much for my biggest (12v) inverter and 3w 25ohm potentiometer combo. I dug up an old 9v power supply and a larger fan and it works a lot better.

It at least spins...
