Beersmith is telling me 1.042 for 5.5g @ 75%. For 1032 I'd be hitting 56%.

Its saying 1033 for the grain only.

One common trend in this thread is people tend to choose local beer. It could be to regionality etc, I think its more to do with fresh beer. Fresh well conditioned beer can't be beat.
