Gotcha, that's up there too now. I just had to fix something that happened when you try to reload a brew you'd saved, it put the stuff in the wrong boxes...anyway its fixed now, just gotta d/l it...

This brew is just over a year old, but it has had this 'stuff' floating on the top and on the sides for just about its whole life, I can't tell whether it's yeast or mould...I've just never had yeast...

My local homebrew guru just suggested using 150g of cracked grain steeped in hot water to enhance a beer kit rather than using all grain...but the fresher the better ;) go nuts!
