EKG and Fuggles are great for stouts. I wouldn't use Citra in a stout, but Citra would work for the APA (might not go too well with oatmeal, but experimentation is a core aspect of homebrewing!)....

Bottled the other day

Bottled Chubby Boat on Sat. Final grav = 1.010, so it ended up at 7.9% ABV. A bit high. Had a wee taste -- was great! But got some residual sweetness which I hope will mellow out with time and...
