I think you'll be fine as long as your mashtun holds its temperature well. I remember reading some posts a few months ago where people were leaving their mash overnight with no ill effects.

Anyone have a good method of getting their grain from the mashtun into a garbage bag? I had the bright idea of fitting a garbage bag over the mashtun and then turning it over an having the grains...

Yeah, the spare bathroom is reserved for our 18 month old. I'm sure he'd love to get his hands on my beer but I'm pretty sure my wife wouldn't be thrilled to have a tipsy toddler.

First Boil Over

Well, just had my first boil over on my 9th AG, 12th overall. Had 7 gallons pre-boil in my 8 gallon kettle. Added the 60 min hops and POOF, that she blows. Wasn't quite quick enough with the spray...
