Krausen not fully settling to the bottom

So about to weeks ago, i brewed up some pale ale and with in about four days the krausen started to settle to the bottom. There is about 80 % at the bottom of the primary, but there is still some...

Draft Tower Maintenance

So the last batch that i kegged became a disaster. I know the issue is in the tower somewhere and was hoping some might have a link to a parts diagram.

The smack packs don't require to swell up all the way, I would make a starter or if you want to play it safe call NB and they can replace it for you.
