I use a strike temp calculator, dough in, lid on, and slip an old sleeping bag over my keggle. Keeps me within a degree for 90 minutes!

Or your could bottle it, and wait a day. Not long enough for carbonation to occur, but just so the yeast will kick off again, and create CO2 blanket effect.

Technically it "might" make sense. If it is done fermenting, there is still CO2 releasing from stasis (suspension). In other words: chill out. It's fine.

I've never bulk aged in a fridge. My ciders have all been stored in my brew cave at 60. Or bottle aged in my garage at 45. I don't think it will matter.

If you want sweet sparkling cider in a bottle, you have to pasteurize. Read the sticky if you haven't. If you want sweet still cider, then use potassium sorbate and campden tabs, and bottle.

Next time, why not crush the fruit, and harvest the juice only??? Then add said juice to your primary? I would think cheese cloth and a simple press would do well. Or a commercial juicer.
