This is one heck of a recipe, but what truly makes it exceptional is Bell's yeast. I know a lot of folks use 1056 or 1272 which are good substitutes, but imo you won't truly get that "Bell's flavor"...

Here's a quick update. Took a sample/gravity reading of 1.018, the aroma and flavor is spot on with Schlafly's TIPA. I was shooting for a FG of 1.017 to match Schlafly, so I'd call this one a win....
