At higher temps, CO2 well come out of solution. You need to crank the pressure up. There's a nice chart out there somewhere that shows volumes of CO2 based on pressure and temp. Google it

Did you take OG readings? What were they? The enzymes that convert starch into sugar are denatured at those temps so I'd be surprised if you got much if any conversion
