I definitely noticed and improvement on my mash efficiency, but I also have now noticed a "salty" taste, more if an after flavor where my mouth feels weird after drinking one or two...

A little on the high side around 78. I haven't putt air conditioner in the widow yet. That is the only way I can keep my temp regulated. The label on the yeast vile said to start and keep above 70.
