If your problem is having cold space(like me) I recoment to just keg condition. Sure you'l have to wait longer for the keg to be ready but you will have to wait less when changing between each keg. ...

could you better explain why you use this method to calculate? The way i'm understanding this is that dfohio wants to bottle with cold crash temp and let temp rise to 56* for 3 weeks.

my tap water is great in taste compared to other neaighborhoods and I know it has clorine so can be boiled away. I just want to be sure to have a good batch.
