I usually brew 7.5 gallons batch and the volume of the malt is almost always the same but this week end i'll brew a batch twice this size.
My question is a certain amount of malt will cool down...

Leave it up to 8 weeks in the primary then if you can bear it any longer rack into a secondary. Strong dark beer age better in bulk. I have made some experiment regarding this there is no arguments....

I don't think you will have any negative effects from the longer boil. You may end up with a slightly higher abv but that is it.

Man that is expensive. Sounds like a good opportunity to start being a distributor of liquid yeast in your neck of the woods.

A pilsen base recipe usually need to boil longer than a marris otter or other base malt based recipe.
You can add the sugar anytime you want.
