You're not the only one, buddy. Would be a great starting point for brewing Belgian styles. I had Chimay red yesterday.....tasty, but was pretty flat.

Have you tried this trappist beer, brewed in Monk monestaries in Belgium? Try Orval.....although $5 per bottle, i'm pretty sure you will be pleasantly surprised. I find myself buying one per week...

Everyone knows that copper is a better conductor, but in this use, the difference wouldn't...

I've seen so many discussions about copper vs. stainless wort chillers, heat transfer capabilities, etc. I purchased a 50' x 3/8" SS wort chiller on ebay for $65, and I would recommend this product...

Brewing today. Smells great. It also has great frothy goodness in the mash tun. "It smells like Coffee" is right! I'm really excited for this brew....
