FYI, There's no way that the amount of grain you buy correctly correlate to the number of gallons you brew. Those grains have a lot of other uses.

Do I straight up add the yeast nutrient to the boil or do I add it to the warm water that I rehydrate the yeast?

Not quite sure how I use it (like if I have to boil it)... etc...
