Let the brett do their thing and then dry hop. Dry hopping should be done as close to consumption time as possible IMO. ;)

You need to serve beer gas at like 25 - 30psi. You're going to need a much longer line. At least 20 feet. I'd go 30 to be safe.

You will most likely get a lot of astringency from the shredded husks. ...

FYI - I just did this project and you need to cut the flares off the first 1/4" of the pipes as the OP stated. Then standard 1/2" slid over the tube like a glove.

Def glad I didnt pay...

It looks like it is to filter while racking... Too bad that means the first half of the rack would get aerated as heck, since it doesn't touch the bottom of the keg.

Sounds to me like you aren't mixing the prime...

FWIW I have made my own and it didn't work nearly as well as the real stuff.

PBW has more than 2 things in it. I usually buy it in bulk during grain buy time.
