Extract Lambic Boil Time

I'm going to brew an extract straight lambic tomorrow. 4 pounds of light dme and 3 pounds of wheat dme.

New question - The CO2 in the keg is a white cloud. Is that normal? I thought I read somewhere that's liquid CO2...
