50qt will be more than enough for a 10 gallon batch. Im currently looking at a 48qt just for the flexibility to go between 10g and 5g batches. That is a fantastic link btw.

We just did a pumpkin spice ale 4 days ago. With the puree that was still mixed in the wort we had quite a show for about two days before the krausen dissipated and the yeast slowed down a lot.

Bumping the post. Fermentation still seems kind of slow, although still moving along. This is the first batch that doesn't have a strong krausen and the first that has slowed so quickly.
