I'd just make sure the gauges etc. stay out of the water, and make sure to keep the cylinder upright. If it were me I'd make sure to dry the regulator very thoroughly after.

I've done only 60 min, 10 min, and flameout additions (plus dry hopping) in IPAs before and it's been great. So moving everything later should work well if you want to do that :mug:
