insulated sanke with bottom valve as mash tun

i already have this only its not insulated yet and ive been using it as a fermenter.

i would like to incorporate this into my e brew build as the mash tun.

i bought 2 like the one from bakatronics (fk804)...

i bought 2 like the one from bakatronics (fk804) locally today. i have the 2.2 caps to modify them with. was it C1 or C2 that gets replaced?

240v to start. i tested my 4500w element today at 110v with 5 gallons of water (although it will be used for 220v, just wanted to see it "run")...

so, after 2 hrs, no boil at 5 gallons, 220v should prove much better. now ive hit a snag with the procurement of the PWM circuit. will order from Bakatronics online.

still shooting for brewing on...
