Nicely done. Looks like you put some thought into it. I like the vintage feel of the kettle. Now all you need is two more kettles and a couple more kegs! Unless you seldomly brew or only want 1 beer...

Ok I'm about to bust out the keggles and start heating up my strike water. Thanks for the encouragement. I'm not sure what I was thinking. I might tweak with some recipe ideas while the water heats....

The barley wine sat in secondary for around 6 months then kegged and racked to "brown bottles" I'm keeping the old green ones in storage for that vintage look. Not sure if skunky would have been bad...

You could start with a drill bit in the center, open it up with a step bit, then use the same concept as Ohio and build a jig with something in the center to hold it in place...Thats what I would do....
