Craft beer in Charleston South Carolina

Go to the Craft Beer Exchange. Head south to Westbrook and then spend your time at Holy City Brewing which is 100% better than Westbrook's atmosphere. It's not quite Charleston but worth the drive....

Agreed. Citrus doesn't kill yeast but it is not easy on even the most aggressive wine yeast. That said, I'd make a sort of skeeter pee but replace all lemon juice with blood orange juice.

It is not a matter of green beer really, it's a matter of unfinished beer. I suppose time at room temp can help but can a keg handle the pressure that will ultimately build up from the fermentation...
