Amber Ale Recipe Feedback

Hi All.

I'm working on making up my first recipe. I'd like to make an Amber Ale with the IBUs on the lower end of the scale.

This is a 2.5 gallon batch.

Looks like you guys had fun.

One thing to watch out for though is disturbing the beer too much when pouring it through that strainer. The oxygen exposure can lead to off flavours.

I don't think you can go wrong with using Cascade. It's for sure one of my favorite hops.

I have folders all setup in iPhoto to keep track. It's fun to look back at some of my brew days when i was just starting out.
