This beer was a real sleeper, good hop profile and malty sweetness. People drink it and think its low alcohol and then it hits them.

But the issue is once its kegged, the urge is to drink it. Unless you have many kegs and storage to just let it sit while it ages.

A friend and I did this same thing. We used 4 oz oak soaked in bourbon. It was good after a month in the bottle, but 6+ months later its freaking fantastic! So let this one sit longer, it really does...
