Not sure what you have up in that area, but Modesto is only about an hour or so from Concord, so you could always head over to MoreBeer. If you join a club, they give you a 10% discount in store.

Yes. I won't aerate when it's still hot. I transfer it hot to a cube and get all the air bubbles out. Then in the morning I will transfer to the fermenter and shake aerate it.

I keep MO, 2-Row, Pilsner and Munich on hand by the sack and most other specialty grains I either 10 or 5 lbs at a time depending on how much is typical per recipe.
