Supposedly it hovers around that price often. Going down to $89 sometimes. It's Chinese made if that makes any difference.

They usually have a substitute of Oxy Free at local Stop & Shop around here for at least half what the oxyclean stuff goes for. Works just fine.

Yeah the cap would add some more structural integrity and it's nicely round and smooth. However, I think it may be cost-counterproductive. Seems stuff over 4" get's substantially more expensive.
