I was drinking a pint or two every night when I first got my kegging setup. Started dieting since then and now I only have a pint or 2 1 or 2 days a week, and usually on Fridays and Saturdays.

It doesn't matter how fast they ferment, it matters how fast they are good to drink, conditioning included. I'd say that wheat beers are ready to drink the fastest, from brewing to glass.
