Pulled off airlock a couple of days in

OK, so for starters i'm doing a 2 gallon batch in a Mr. Beer fermenter. Was attempting to make a batch of Apfelwein but when i stopped by the LHBS they didn't have the right yeast, so now i suppose...

I couldn't say, got mine online. Sounds like they carry them in stores sometimes though. It's a big bulky cup though you won't want a knock off, apparently they can suck.

Girlfriend brought back a beer for me

Girlfriend went out of state and brought back a diabhal for me :) put me in a really good mood. 8.2% alcohol by volume. Haven't tried it yet.
