It won't do a full 4 gal boil since you need space above the wort for the active boil but I've been using my cheap ($4) stock pots over four years and the only problem is the oldest one had the curl...

It would be the 23rd and 24th. The 24th is open to all over 21 years of age while the 23rd is a smaller more private and more expensive thing.

I gently rinse my grain bag as it sits in a SS strainer over my brew pot with a pot of coffee maker water, which just happens to be about 170*F. Does it help? I would like to think so.
