Generally I'd say dry hop using a bag in secondary but 0.33 is not a big addition. If you secondary then thats probably the best dry hop point. Go for it!

Generally speaking letting a brew sit in primary for 5 days is not too long. In fact its pretty short! You could easily let it sit for a few weeks letting the yeast finish eating byproducts.
