I had this kegged in time for the Super Bowl and it was a big hit (as were my Seahawks!!!). Really delicious! I think this has made a slot on my rotation for sure. Thanks a lot for the recipe.

Doesn't this cut your ABV in half? I suppose if you originally make a strong cider or apple wine this would work ok but if you make a 5-6% cider to begin with I don't see the benefit.

Don't do it. They are not rated for that kind of pressure. I've never done it but everything I've read about it says they are not for bottle conditioning.

Exactly. I am so very careful when handling mine. Clear the path, always use milk crates and never carry a full one by the handle.
