I used tangelo orange peels once and they rocked. This was a wheatless hefe which needed lots of coriander, orange peels and orange spice to make it seem like a hefe. German pilsen for grain....

I didn't get much of a hoppy kick from zythos hops but was amazed at how well WL530 worked with this beer i made. Granted i had simcoes and centennials for flavor and aroma. I didn't want too much...

Yeah some kids love creating things even if they can't partake in it. My three year old is fascinated by the malts and she throws the hops in. My eight year old wants to help too and likes bottling....

Its cool they do that because some brewers refuse to release any details. You should just take the ingredients and use software like brewsmith to work out how to brew it.
