Well after looking around for a used 15 gallon used barrel I have gave up and I'm going to buy a new one. So does anyone know how to get rid of the charr fast without distroying the barrel?

I'm not sure on the breakdown of the kegs you use, but with my corny kegs I break them down completely every time to clean and sanitize. Wild yeast and bacteria are everywhere so if you are confident...

You really shouldn't need a starter for Brett because the pitching rate is much lower than that of sacc. This is an e-mail I got for Jamil on pitching Brett rates.

Who has used these two blends and how do they compare? The Wyeast blend doesn't say if it contains Pedio and I wanted some. I usually use Wyeast products but I wanted to get everyones opinion first....
