+1 on the 10gal pot... my 8gal gets pretty full during a full boil and I have to watch it like a hawk and turn the gas on and off until it gets going.

I'd invest in a way to control fermentation...

I'll be there... I think it's run by/through beerheads so hopefully it won't be too much of a CF. They run another Beer on the Peir which I thought was pretty good when I went a few years back.

First couple batches sucked... apparently that whole "temperature control" for fermentation was a big deal =P

as Jaycount mentioned it was a situation where the item didn't ship until about a month and a half after I placed the order. But amazon was very upfront...

i'd try setting the pressure to 4 or 6psi, vent the keg a few times and let it settle, then try again. you can up the pressure little by little until you get the desired carbination. i think 10-12...

I wouldn't worry about it yet. Fermentation can take 24-72hours to get started.
