Yes, it is too bitter, it would be fine for me but I brewed it for someone who prefers low IBU beers.

I guess I'll be twice as careful next time I brew to make sure all my numbers are ok. :drunk:

I'll have to check that out, living in Canada is a pain sometimes. Almost everything interesting that can be bought online from the states will be taxed at the customs. Why!! :(

I've tasted a Galaxy DIPA at Hillfarmstead not too long ago. These hops are amazing. They're really tropical and remind of pineapple and mango, I'd love to find some too!

Take my advice for what's it's worth, I've never made any cheese. I was reading about it and somebody was saying that maybe Kosher salt could be used? Maybe someone with more experience could confirm.
