I figure that I might have a hoppyish type kolsch. Or even something like an English pale ale.

I guess I'll take your advice and dilute it down, pasturize, and ferment it all. I like the idea of making a base mead, then I could rack it over any kind of fruit next...

Take the mike off and put a drum kit on it! No just kiddin...I like the boarders, and the colors look great. I wouldn't gussie it up too much more.
