Fermentation will not stop. Hmm, happened to me, all it took was one fruit fly and I saw the sucker in there too. Fermentation would not stop...wonder why. (OK, I do know why.)

Every variable was identical except the yeast. There is considerably less weizen flavor in this beer. It is not that it is bad beer, just much less flavor; maybe halfway to an American Wheat.

Those look fine. Mine also turn darker than yours after pressure cooking. Perhaps mine stay in a bit longer than your times as I live at 4000 feet.

I am no expert... But, I seriously doubt it (you might check John Palmer's book). But, at mash temps I would hesitate to use it considering some folks boil wort routinely in aluminum.

I use this product on the outside of my vessels and it makes a significant difference.

Perhaps you could 'wrap' the reflctrix in tin foil if your are concerned. Or, check with the manufacturer...

I don't care about that but - they did show placing their kegs inside each with a clear plastic bag that 'sorta' fit the keg...

Don't be afraid to dry hop it again if you want to 'tune' it up. My experience wit a grassy flavor is that you need to go way over to get that. Also, dry hop flavors dissipate pretty quickly...
