does the light work if it is not in the delay time but the compressor isnt running? So say like 8 minutes or whatever after the last cycle on?

Do they have raw wheat? What's the recipe? I dont think extract is what you want as it's usually a blend. Malted wheat would probably work fine in a cream ale.

Right. Prior to using the PVC I just had the fan in there and it moved the air fine, but aiming cool air from the floor directly at the shanks made a noticeable difference.

I've never done it, but I'm sure others have. We call them sanke kegs which should help your searches.
