I am drinking the amber now, and was thinking the same thing. Did you ever try it? I think i'm going to add the dregs to a funky belgian wheat i've got souring and see what happens.

I currently bottle, and am thinking about getting one of these too. It would be useful for when you plan on downing quite a bit of beer in a short time period, like when you have a party or something.
