This looks like bad news

a tiny matte looking swirl just formed on the top of my beer in secondary overnight. I'm pretty positive that it's an infection although it's very tiny just yet. It doesn't appear to be anything from...

Can I still pick hops?

It's Nov 2nd! I might have a place to pick some hops for free, but it's a ways away for me (and gas is pricey and I hate hate hate driving anywhere). Do you think it's worth driving to look at the...

2oz NUGGET
y
2oz GLACIER

Anyone combined em? I'm doing a Rye IPA, light on the rye—a little bit caramel-ey—with a projected 1.085 OG.

I want to hear all of your ideas on how to schedule them!...
